Why the Name Doves & Daisies?
Doves
"And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him..." Luke 3:22
"Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom..." 2 Corinthians 3:17

Scripture references the role doves play in the historical records of the Bible in multiple places, but I will keep to Jesus & Jonah.
During Jesus' Baptism the Holy Spirit is depicted as a dove (Luke 3:22). In Matthew 12:39 Christ references to the pharisees that He gave them the sign of Jonah, Jonah's story was a foreshadowing of Christ's coming to die for us and be resurrected again in three days by the power of God's spirit. It may not be obvious but the reference of the dove shows up in the book of Jonah as well, because Jonah's name in Hebrew (yonah) means dove. What an amazing way God ties into the details the reference of His Holy Spirit.
It is evident that where God's Holy Spirit is resurrection happens, lives are changed and freedom is experienced for eternity(2 Corinthians 3:17).

Doves are such a representation of the power of God's Holy Spirit to bring life from dead things and how His spirit allows us to live in freedom with the life He breathes into us.

I believe it is such a powerful reminder to remember the power of His Holy Spirit and the freedom we have from now and into our heavenly eternity.

Daisies

White daisies are my FAVORITE flower.
When I picture freedom and peace a part of that picture contains being surrounded by a field of white daisies. Looking at them brings cheer to my heart and I consider how creative and beautiful God is to have made a flower like a daisy for us to enjoy. So for me the daisy is a very tangible experience of the peace, beauty, love and freedom I live in when I am abiding with the Lord.
What are the tangible things in your life that hold sentiment for you of how much God loves you and cherishes you?
